Where We’re Located

Our office is nestled in Bellingham, Washington a fast-growing city that boasts the beauty of Seattle without all of the traffic. Bellingham sits about halfway between Vancouver, British Columbia and Seattle, Washington.

Due to our expanding staff numbers, we have recently moved to the Barkley Village area. This great location is a short walk from many food options, business services, walking trails and a state-of-art movie theatre.

This position collaborates with the Report Product Owner (PO) to fulfill requests for new reports, perform modifications and bug fixes for existing reports, and to monitor overall report performance.

The ideal candidate would have an AA degree with two or more years of reporting-related experience and deep knowledge in SQL Server, TSQL, SQL Server Reporting Services or equivalent relational database systems.

This position provides IT help to staff, works on various assigned projects (including FedRAMP security system),  assists IT Admins and performs other IT-related functions.

The ideal candidate would have or be working on a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT-related field. Two or more years of experience working with computers. Experience working in IT, especially with system security.

This position ensures an excellent user experience across Emergency Reporting software.  You will work alongside product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive an agile, user-centered design approach. This role embodies a passionate, pragmatic design leader that can synthesize customer needs and behaviors, identify problem or opportunities, and translate insights and requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a BA or MA degree in Human Centered Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Design, or equivalent education and 7+ years of experience in relevant design discipline for consumer product experiences.

This position provides coordination, support, monitoring, installation and best practices of IT systems company-wide, including office environments, remote users, datacenters, and other computing resources. This is a senior level position that requires a deep technical ability.

Software Development Engineers develop web technologies to support the global efforts of the Fire and EMS industry. We are passionate about our support of the Agile principles of software development and have embraced a scrum development methodology with strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

As a Software Engineer I or II you will be working with or leading a small scrum team with a large potential for learning and growth. With your technical expertise you will manage individual projects tasks, deadlines and deliverables as you design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

This position develops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet objectives tied to 6-8 national trade shows per year, 25+ regional shows, and different types of sales events, all held in venues across the U.S. Responsible for effective management of the outbound promotional activities as well as the internal corporate communications of the organization related to shows and events that promote awareness of the company, garner high quality sales leads, and/or promote the company’s open positions. Only 25-35% travel. This position also participates in creating, implementing and assessing marketing campaigns and activities for all ER product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in marketing or related field and four years or more working in office environment for at least one B2B company providing event planning support. Experience planning a minimum of four major and ten minor trade shows or conferences per year in separate U.S. cities and experience handling every aspect of conference planning.

This position assists with marketing tasks using a broad range of skills and marketing expertise to implement tactics that garner leads for Sales. Work will include mining leads from LinkedIn, handling buying process for prospect list, building a photo file of stock images, adding prospect names to a database, and possibly making calls to get updated information from hot prospects or certain customers.

The ideal candidate will be a college junior or senior working toward a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (graphic design only if combined with writing skill). Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, Hubspot/Marketo or Google Analytics a plus but not required, as well as experience in video editing and production.
