Where We’re Located
Our office is nestled in Bellingham, Washington a fast-growing city that boasts the beauty of Seattle without all of the traffic. Bellingham sits about halfway between Vancouver, British Columbia and Seattle, Washington.
Due to our expanding staff numbers, we have recently moved to the Barkley Village area. This great location is a short walk from many food options, business services, walking trails and a state-of-art movie theatre.

This position is tasked with managing the Scrum/Agile processes and several specialists who help support it. The Manager also acts as a servant leader by facilitating team meetings, fostering positive team dynamics, continuing their own personal scrum development, and passing on their knowledge of scrum to their team. Provides guidance, feedback, and leadership to the other ScrumMasters and UI / UX staff for the purpose of achieving aligned results.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading and training others in Scrum/Agile methodologies in a software development setting. ScrumMaster experience and/or first level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred.
This position provides product ownership (PO) in one or more areas of the Emergency Reporting product line. The PO determines which features and functionality is added to the product, determines priorities based on stakeholder input, and provides overall vision of the product and how it will likely evolve in the future.
The ideal candidate will have Fire and EMS industry knowledge or experience along with Software as a Service (SAAS) software development process knowledge. Experience working with Agile/Scrum processes highly preferred.
