Emergency Reporting (ER), on behalf of the State Fire Marshal’s Office, is proud to offer Wyoming Departments a free, web-based NFIRS reporting software solution to report their incidents directly to the State Fire Marshal’s Office and U.S. Fire Administration. Fire departments have the option to use other third-party software at their discretion, but only Emergency Reporting is free to all users in your agency or department.
In partnership with the Wyoming Forestry Department, ER has fully integrated the state wildland fire reporting requirements within the state NFIRS reporting solution. This means that only one report will need to be done to meet both organizations’ requirements.
Emergency Reporting is a Cloud-based system, so you can access your data online any time, from anywhere. With unlimited concurrent users, automatic system updates, and instant database backup, managing your reporting has never been simpler. Our dynamic NFIRS Reporting tool makes completing incident reports quick and easy: only fill out the fields required based on incident type.
To get your department set up:
- Designate at least one Fire department administrator from your department.
